These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the dShipper platform and services (the "Services"), operated by dShipper, a Soft Pro company. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
dShipper provides market intelligence, sourcing, multistore listing, dynamic pricing and logistics services for e-commerce sellers. The scope of services available to you is defined during onboarding and in your service agreement.
Access is granted selectively following a review of your request. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You remain responsible for compliance with the policies of the marketplaces on which you sell. dShipper operates within marketplace terms, including applicable API agreements and data-protection policies.

The platform, its software, models and content are and remain the property of dShipper and its licensors. You retain ownership of your brand assets and data.
Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Operational data generated through the Services may be used to provide and improve the Services.
