The system came first. The product came after.
Since 2019 our team has run cross-border e-commerce the unglamorous way: sourcing real products, listing them on real storefronts, eating the mistakes, and building software every time a mistake got expensive. Pricing that drifted. Listings that died quietly in one market while thriving in another. Suppliers whose "in stock" meant three weeks.
The answer, piece by piece, became a machine: models that watch demand across markets, connections into wholesale supply worldwide, one catalogue publishing to many storefronts, and pricing that answers the market by itself — every part of it proven on our own stores before it touched anyone else's.
dShipper is that machine, opened to retailers and sellers who want international reach without building all of this themselves. We keep running our own retail on it. That's the point — when your margin depends on the same system ours does, the incentives don't need explaining.
